The Technology Student Association (TSA) is a national Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) that helps students explore STEM through hands-on projects, competitions, and leadership opportunities.
What is ‘Emotional Intelligence Coaching Seminars’
Organize seminars aimed at peers and community members to develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and sound financial decision-making skills through engaging presentations.
Why I am pursuing this project (My why)
- I am a ‘Engager’ personality type person with strong ‘advocate’ business potential.
- I’m super passionate about teaching finance in a fun and interesting way. I’ve chosen to work on a project as an emotional intelligence coach, helping others understand themselves better and gain confidence. I hope that by doing this, I can help people learn how to manage their money and build wealth..

Career Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) to join:
TSA – Technology Student Association focuses on leadership, innovation, and project management skills through hands-on technology initiatives, and is a must-have CTSO for the student’s pathway.
FBLA – Future Business Leaders of America builds business acumen, financial literacy, and leadership skills, directly supporting the project’s business advocacy focus.
Competitions
TSA – Audio PodcastingThis introductory competition builds storytelling and digital communication skills essential for creating engaging emotional intelligence content.

This introductory competition provides technical and project management experience, enabling the student to develop a digital platform to support seminar delivery.
